Richard Baker specializes in the design, inspection, testing, and servicing of systems for fire alarm and sprinkler monitoring, life safety, security, access control, and CCTV surveillance. He is able to draw upon over 35 years of experience in the security and alarm system industry.
Richard has functioned in both executive and operational capacities with such well-recognized companies as ADT Security Systems, Wells Fargo Alarm Services, and Thorn Automated Systems. He has had direct hands-on involvement in engineering, installation, and testing of systems for newspapers, hospital and health care clients, sophisticated research facilities, industrial and commercial operations, prisons, and airports. This broad experience provides a practical viewpoint, with a strong knowledge of available and applicable technologies, in addition to an understanding of regulatory requirements affecting acceptable system performance parameters.
